1. How do you make these beautiful pillows?
We begin with the photo that you provide. Since it is the "heart and soul" of the photo pillow, we take great care to beautify it as much as possible. Once the photo has been prepared we use our special process to print it directly on 100% cotton fabric. And then the fun begins - appliquing your photo onto the pillow fabric, decorating with piping, lace, ruffles -- whatever is necessary to make it uniquely yours. 2. Am I limited to a certain size and color for my pillow?
I have found the 14 x14 pillow works best. If a customer has a request for another size we will work with them. When placing your order, you may let us know what color family you would like us to use on your pillow. |
3. What kind of photo do you need (and how do I get it to you)?
Please provide the best and clearest photo possible in order to get the best results, but please, no slides, negatives, or copyrighted photos -- and no photo larger than an 8 x 10. Certainly the best way to send us your photo is by email, if you already have it in digital format, but snail mail works just fine. Be sure to protect the photo in the shipping process though. We are not responsible for loss or damage that may occur in the shipping process. |
4. Can you retouch my photo?
Certainly. We begin every creation with photo enhancement, and we'll be glad to retouch areas that you specifically request. |
5. How long does it take to create my pillow?
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery time may be shorter, depending on the number of orders we are processing at the time. |
6. What is the best way to place my order?
Ordering online seems to be the favorite for most of our customers, however you may also use our printable order form and pay by check. Don't forget to include your photo with your order!! |
7. What about cleaning the pillows?
The pillows are treated with Scotchguard and can be gently washed. |
